Mô Tả Công Việc
1.Credit service excellence
• Manage and prioritize the workflow for all-post underwriting activities including documentation, disbursement, custody of security documents, redemption, settlement and other servicing & administration matters related to PFS loans.
• Establish and ensure that the minimum standard service turnaround time for completion of documentation and other service level criteria are met
• Delegate and allocate assignments based on experience, availability, complexity and team member responsible for completing tasks to ensure the productivity and Turn Around Time of CRA dossiers processing.
• Act as primary liaison with other lines of business to maintain good working relationships to ensure the quality customer service as well as handling enquiries/requests via demonstrating functional and technical expertise required to perform core aspects of the job.
• To be responsible for monitoring the notarization procedures, registration of security transactions, releasing of security assets in compliance with the approval conditions of the bank and the relevant laws.
• Manage the storage of credit records according to relevant regulations, renewal of insurance policies of collaterals
• Perform the authority as per Power of Attorney in signing credit and other related documents.
2. Documentation & Policies
• Provide support/advises to business in relation to all matters relating to loan documentation, collaborating with legal and other stakeholders to ensure latest legislation/policies/guidelines incorporated into the loan documentation and Credit Admin/Operational SOP.
3. Project/System Support
• Provide business support on new product requirements.
• Formulate system and work processes and process improvements for a holistic approach to operational and projects’ requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successfully delivery of systems, work processes, process improvements and projects’ initiatives.
4. Operational Risk & Compliance
• Drive compliance culture and responsible for ensuring regulatory & internal risk & compliance requirements adhered to consistently.
• Monitoring and tracking to ensure compliance to approval terms, policies and guidelines to eliminate operational risk
Carry out any other duties assigned by Line Manager.
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
1. Manage & coach the team of 6-10 staff to drive performance with a hands-on style, high productivity, service quality.
2. Set expectations for staff, fostering a motivating environment in which team members work together to achieve business goals.
3. Provide guidance, training and knowledge sharing as and when applicable
4. Select, develops, lead and motivate staff to work towards achieving their respective individual targets.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's Degree/University degree
Majoring in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting is a plus
Experience
• At least 5- 10 years of experience in one of areas retail lending, credit operational processes.
• Functional and technical expertise required to perform core aspects of the job, including sound knowledge of lending regulations and legal guidelines.
• Proven record of managing a sizeable operation team.
Special Skills
• Sound understanding of credit policy/ related laws and regulations
• Good understanding of all types of lending business the bank undertakes and its competitors’ positions
• A balanced view of risk management in relation to business development is essential
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and to work under challenging and demanding circumstances to meet deadlines
• Good command in spoken and written in English.
