Scope of Work

- Custody the Project portfolio at GVL

- Planning and Developing the Project Idea with EMT and other members across functions.

- Establish a deadline and monitor the Progress of projects.

- Identify and resolve issues that arise.

- Manage project resources.

- Ensure satisfaction with stakeholders.

- Performance evaluation of the project – post delivery

Requirement

- University Degree in a business management, IT, Computer sciences, engineering .

- At least 3.5 years of working experience in managing projects, lean manufacturing, etc…

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

- Good Communication: must be effective communicators to convey ideas, expectations, and information to team, stakeholders, and internal, external clients.

- Leadership: able to lead project team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.

- Organization: be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.

- Time management: be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

- Risk management: be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.

- Budget management: be able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.

- Problem-solving: can quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.

- Adaptability: be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.

- Teamwork: be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
