Manager, Research & Development conducts research and analysis of competitive products, advises and proposes selling prices and product standards for new projects. Plan and organize fieldwork, competitor research and target customer research for new projects.
Responsipility:
1. Drive market research
- Decide on key research reports to be conducted such as competitive analysis (product, pricing, service, etc.) and product concept tests (target market, customer preference, etc.) to each target market region.
- Generate quarterly market updates with each target market region on 1) key economic indicators (world economic outlook, GDP, CPI, interest rate, FDI, etc.) 2) industry factors (real estate market supply, investment highlights, etc.) 3) growth corridors (government policies, etc.) 4) market trends (external market environment, etc.)
- Research and update the progress of infrastructure deployment & development of the localities where the Company invests.
2. Streamline key reports
- Provide consultations to business heads on product briefs, feasibility studies
- Perform an independent assessment of pricing setting for the product launches
- Review revenues and profits of master plan concepts.
- Develop, participate in, and deliver high-impact presentations and conclusions to senior management and key stakeholders.
3. Set up specific plans for each target market regions
- Concentrate in the culture of market to set up appropriate plan and strategy (each region specific in people’s behavior, habits and lifestyle.)
- Identify the highest impact market opportunities.
- Research and develop business strategy for selected market.
- Adjust plans and strategies timely to catch up with the changing radially of local markets
4. Business Development
- Prepare, evaluate, and present practical financial models and analyzes for valuing projects.
- Analyze and propose business plans for the project from pre-feasibility stage to implementation - sales.
- Research and propose the development direction of the Company's projects (product structure, segments, required utilities, completion level, main selling points...)
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Background / Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in Finance / Accounting / Economic
- Masters’ degree, CFA / CPA / ACCA is preferable
- At least 10 years of experience in professional with a broad, multi-disciplined real estate background including investment, finance valuation and asset management.
- Proficiency in English
