About Company:

To meet the growing demand for our jewelry and enhance resilience to supply disruptions, Pandora is constructing a new facility in Binh Duong province from May 2024, expected to be opened in 2026. Pandora, the world’s largest jewelry brand by sold pieces, currently has 3 production facilities in Thailand with 13,000 staff. The US$160 million factory will cover an area of 7,5 hectares and will be powered by 100% renewable energy and using only recycled gold and silver supporting the Pandora Group’s target of net zero emissions by 2040. The establishment of Pandora’s sustainable jewelry manufactory in addition to the carbon-neutral exemplifies a new paradigm of environmentally conscious entrepreneurship in Vietnam and beyond.

Key accountabilities:

- Drive project management cadence and assist to deploy project management best practices

- Support to oversee the project review forum to track strategic outcomes/risks (including quality gates) and review process maps and gaps

- Drive on creating governance and framework for project.

- Responsible for updated project plans and timelines in alignment with Program Lead.

- Responsible for Steer Committee and Management presentations in alignment with program lead.

- Manage communications, stakeholders, and change management working side-by-side with Kingfisher project working team both in VN &TH

- Responsible for weekly task planning and facilitate meetings and discussions both internal and external to help ensure projects progress.

- Support on leading key meetings including when Program lead not present.

- Support to ensure clarity and coordination in resource allocation, accountability allocation, and project timeline to ensure on-time / on-budget delivery of projects (if any)

- Analyse project data and prepare project reports and analysis required project metrics/reports

- Track process and work closely with project accounting to develop, update and track business case and costs of the assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor/Master degree in business administration, engineering, or finance are preferred. Any other fields is also acceptable but depends on the work experiences and skills.

- To demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in project management position

- Proven record working with cross-functional team, management or executive management to gain the alignment and decisions is required.

- Experience working in an international firm with cultural diversity is preferred

- Consulting experience while not required is a big advantage

- Self starter, and able to motivate oneself to see tasks through to the very end, embraces new challenges and shows adaptability to new situations.

- Break down problems systematically drives solutions to most complex business problems

- Able to take a strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)

- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs and be able to explain the rationale behind said decisions

- Rigorously plan ones own work without supervision and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization

- Excellent communication skills

- Critical and logical thinking – willing to challenge the status quo in order to drive results

- Can-do attitude

- Fluency in English is a must
