- Establish company policies and production guidelines.
- Develop the schedules and staffing requirements based on production forecast.
- Ensure the complete respect of Health, Safety and Environment requirements.
3. Production activities:
• Management of raw materials
- Plan, control the raw materials according to the Business plan, Purchase order.
- Plan cost-effective operations for the production activities.
- Analyse budgets and control production costs.
- Build and review production process, production plan.
• Product Quality Management
- Manage, supervise the entire production process.
- Ensures safety standards and quality standards to met production goals.
• Machinery and equipment management
- Establish company policies of production and labour safety.
- Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality.
- Ensure for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system.
- Ensure the quality requirement for fire protection system, production lines, electrical systems, machines are good for the production.
4. Advise and report:
- Provide strategic advice to the BOD.
- Organize a smooth the activities at the factory.
- Provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
- Do the sales report, production report to the BOD.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
• At least 10 years of experience in equivalent position
• English proficiency in 4 skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Working under pressure
