M&E Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer with specialized experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of EV charging station projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations while maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review M&E systems, including LV electrical distribution

• Coordinate with utility providers for power connections and grid integration.

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load calculations for EV infrastructure.

• Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Ensure all systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M&E systems.

• Support procurement by evaluating and selecting appropriate M&E components and vendors.

• Prepare technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports.

Working time: 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday every week and the first, the third Saturdays of every month.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience:

o Minium of 3-5 years’ experience in M&E engineering, with at least 2 years in EV charging infrastructure projects.

o Experience with power systems, electrical panels, cable sizing, earthing, and protection systems.

o Familiarity with permitting and utility coordination processes.

Skills

• Proficient English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skill.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tool, PowerPoint/ Excel/ Project and Power BI.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software; and load analysis tools.

• Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.

SALARY RANGE

Based on Candidate’s experience and ability, gross salary is from VND 15,000,000 to VND 25,000,000 per month.
