Manufacturing Compliance Executive

Position Overview:

Provide support to the Compliance team in fostering social responsibility outcomes from supplier engagements.

Responsibilities:

▪ Assist in developing and refining supplier Codes of Conduct (COCs), including training and policy reviews.

▪ Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with standards and offer guidance for improvement.

▪ Perform periodic COC audits, issue audit reports, and guide suppliers in corrective actions.

▪ Maintain a channel for worker feedback and participate in COC initiatives to promote worker welfare.

▪ Deliver training sessions to suppliers on labor laws and client requirements.

▪ Undertake assigned projects and occasional travel within Vietnam may be required.

University degree holder.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social responsibility auditing,

• Demonstrated strong business ethics and a high level of integrity.

Job Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficient interpersonal skills with a proven ability to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency within complex organizations.

• Good command of English.
