[Manufacturing] Corporate Finance Specialist - HCM City Based

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accounting

• Maintain accounting records for sales orders and tooling costs

• Update Engineering & Machine Shop hours (actual vs. budget) using Power BI

• Record fixed asset capitalization, transfers, and disposals in the RAM system

• Reconcile fixed asset data between RAIM and the ERP system

• Prepare monthly depreciation journal entries

• Support BOM (Bill of Materials) updates in CMS

• Investigate and reconcile intercompany mismatches

• Perform corporate account reconciliations

2. Accounts Receivable

• Compile supporting documents for tooling/engineering purchase orders

• Monitor payment status of outstanding invoices

• Assist in investigating overdue or uncollected tooling invoices

3. Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports related to fixed assets and engineering activities

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting within a medium-to-large corporation

• Solid understanding of GL reconciliation and fixed asset processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment

• Experience with ERP systems and tools like Power BI
