• Identify and address high-hurt issues
• Resolve sequencing and line allocation issues
• Re-balance work content to optimize work allocations
• Lead the work station readiness at each build phase
• Provide input to design, build and buy-offs of new and/or modified tooling and equipment
• Develop spare parts requirements
• Learn and apply new technologies
• Validate of the tooling capability
• Identify, track and resolve tooling issues
• Train operators in the operation, maintenance and repair of new and/or modified tooling and equipment
• Develop a dimensional control plan
• Establish and monitor quality targets for each build
• Determine necessary inspection equipment and facility requirements
• Planning and implement to measure sub-assemblies and Body in White (BIW) units
• Resolve dimension and gauging issues
• Verify dimension corrective actions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years technical work experience and troubleshooting in a Manufacturing / Experience in manufacturing engineering, Process Engineering, Production Supervision
• Fundamental working knowledge of CAD drawing
• Ability to work any shift as well as rotating shifts and weekends
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Demonstrated experience in accomplishing tasks and objectives.
• Previous Production supervision.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement
• Process and Results Driven
• Able to coach others
