I. Purpose
Ensure the operation, equipment maintenance in production area to achieve the targets of safety, quality, production volume and enviroment protection.
II. Principle Accountabilities
o Troubleshoot and analyze the operation and maintenance activities in assigned areas to increase the productivity.
o Implement & monitor department activities following Quality & Environment Management System ISO9001&ISO 14001
o Review Safety issues and implement 5S program in production area so as to improve safety & 5S in factory
o Prepare and review procedure, SOPs, WI, Control Plan and other necessary document to to keep them updated as actual operation.
o Implement training/refresh training to production operators to ensure them well-educated.
o Implement & monitor department activities following Quality & Environment Management System ISO9001&ISO 14001.
o Study and propose the continuous improvement for Department

Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Silicat/Chemical/Mechanical engineering
- Having experience from 2 to 5 years in manufacturing
- Good at English and Vietnamese communication
- Logical thinking, hardworking and eager for learning new things
