Specific focuses:
- Branding:
+ Lead brand building strategies across all channels to ensure delivering a clear brand proposition to key segments.
+ Lead market research to develop a qualified brand building concept that addresses prospects, Merchant-Vendor partners unmet needs to raise EcoTruck awareness with scale and speed.
+ Plan and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and excitement for EcoTruck business.
- Define, plan, develop and execute marketing plans for Merchant-Vendor recruitment and engagement activities in direct and indirect channels.
- Work with various marketing channels and activities, own and initiate offline and online marketing activities including but not limited to small to large related Logistics industry events, develop success stories assets to drive conversion from prospect to lead, which can enable scalable approaches to prospects and Merchant-Vendor partners.
- Work closely with internal and other external stakeholders/agencies to continue to add scalability in our marketing activities and engagement
- Develop marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the newly emerging opportunities. Develop offers and campaigns to drive traffic, users, and customers
- Identify and develop scalable lead generation programs/systems to engage and generate leads of Vendors and Merchants on the opportunity to join in and use EcoTruck platform.
- Work with a variety of stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Business Development, Operations, Legal and other departments to build internal related processes to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly, to continue to add scalability in our marketing activities and engagement

- At least 08 years of working experience in marketing/ digital marketing/ brand management.
- Experience in the B2B logistics/ import-export industry is a plus
- Familiar with the B2B sales cycle and how to employ marketing communications strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption and accelerate growth.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Experience with any marketing automation platform and website publishing platform is a plus.
- Experience in marketing nascent products/services in new geographies
- Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and crafting marketing content.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large scale offline and online marketing activity.
- Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive goals while not compromising on the quality of the work.
