Success in this position requires a strong background in Tourism, results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.
Scope of work:
-Manage accounts - own, develop and manage accounts in assigned destinations. Ensure that their products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion
-Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities with KKday)
-Have thorough market intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments - very good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends, partners’ rate structure and pros and cons of competitors’ model
-Identify, prioritize on-trend products to push sales.
-Review bad COGS products weekly and make request to BD
-Optimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools
-Work closely with the Marketing Team to come up with a marketing plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis in order to leverage sales.
-Report to line managers
-Other reasonable duties, as assigned

-Fluent English and Vietnamese speaker

-Strong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
-Have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative
