Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. EVALUATE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: To investigate the business potential for molecules and therapeutic areas - To prepare detailed forecast of new possible products of interest - To regularly evaluate the pipeline products environment - To identify new potential therapeutic areas - To collect and provide information regarding market environment (legislative, prescription habits, patient flow, customer insights, marketing practices, competitor environment, constraints) in relation with possible portfolio extension 2. BUSINESS PLANNING SUPPORT To contribute to the marketing planning documents (forecasts, cost estimations, actions) to the required standards and deadlines for new products - To analyse the market / product performance, define key strategic issues for the product - To maintain an up to date working knowledge and regularly evaluate: + the competitive and business environment + disease area, product and competitor information + internal and external market research + strengths and weaknesses of potential marketing media - To present and agree all plans with MM and GM 3. ADMINISTRATION: To complete all administration as required - To complete quarterly budget planning and monthly expenses report and submit to MM and GM - To complete and submit all documentation required by MM, GM and Head Office in time 4. WORKING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS: - To ensure continuous and effective communication and collaboration with all relevant departments in order to facilitate information and skill sharing - To ensure the effective communication and collaboration with HQ - To build and maintain relationship with Registration Dept for specific development issues - To collaborate with marketing & sales managers for specific projects, plans

Job requirements

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a foreign pharma company. Experience with ethical products and/or over-the-counter products • Business and/or medical education and/or medical marketing experience • Good analytical skill and strategic thinking • Deep understanding medical and pharma market of Vietnam • Strong English and Vietnamese knowledge • Ability to accurately forecast sales • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skill required
