Market Research Manager

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize domestic and international market data on the coconut industry, FMCG, consumer trends, competitors, and target customers.

• Develop regular market reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support product development strategies and both export and domestic market expansion.

• Propose solutions and provide early warnings on market risks and opportunities, supporting the Board of Directors and relevant departments in making timely and accurate decisions.

• Manage and update market databases; build big data warehouses for in-depth analysis and AI/BI applications.

• Conduct in-depth research projects on international markets (US, EU, Japan, China, etc.), green consumption trends, organic products, and ESG.

• Train and develop the Market Intelligence team, fostering a data-driven culture across the company.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of experience in market research or data analysis, preferably in FMCG, food, or export sectors.

• Proficient in data analysis tools.

• Excellent data synthesis, analysis, forecasting, and presentation skills.

• Strong logical thinking, numerical acumen, ability to identify problems, and propose solutions.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

• Good English communication skills; experience working with international data is a plus.
