Main Role
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisors, this position will be in charge of:
• Marketing support:
- Daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of MKT activities.
- Managing Storage & Production management of brand’s items and distribution to Branches offices.
- Working with 3rd parties/ suppliers for quotations and follow up the production.
- Data knowledge to handle clients database.
• Admin support:
- Tradeshow and event’s items preparation.
- Logistic follow for the delivery distribution of items.
- Record and tracking files and payment with Finance & Supervisors for the payment to suppliers as well as budgeting for other required expenses.
• Sales / Production / M.I.C.E support :
- Create / Update supporting documents for Sales / Incentives upon request.
- Other tasks as assigned.
• Reporting To Supervisors

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Vietnamese native speaker. Good at English, knowing French or Spanish is a plus.
- Marketing major is an advantage.
- At least 1 years of experience in similar position or in the industry.
- Proficient MS Office.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in multi-tasks.
- Precise, proactive and “can-do” attitude.
