Timely collation and dissemination of reports:
• Monthly Marketing Reports
• Social Media e-filing, Airline e-filing
• Compile quarterly RSP and Product Listings
• Update Sell-sheet and Product Catalogue
• Prepare A&P Budget Templates
• Coordinate with Finance and importer for monthly expenses reports submission and reconciliation.
• Marketing stocks balance report to ensure procedures are followed with PCS/FOC form request.
• Track and manage payments to suppliers, agencies, and distributor.
A&P: Management of Marketing A&P Tracker
• Creation of Purchase Orders
• Check and verify all invoices against completion of projects before submitting to Finance for payment.
• Update A&P tracker file.
Coordinate activations/events/meetings/projects
• Coordinate POSM materials from SEAPAC office to distributor during outlet activations.
• Training and guest shifts HCM/Hanoi: Liaise with team and hotels to organize trainings (include booking trainers’ schedule, booking venues, event setup and logistics management)
• Event support such as Client Dinners and NPD launches.
Responsible for overall administrative support for Marketing Team:
• Arrangement of courier service.
• Keep proper filing and documentation.
• Coordinate delivery for whisky samples and/or POSMs.

• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Meticulous, strong analytical skills and adaptable to change.
• Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
