Line manager: Campus Principal
Functional: Regional Marketing Manager and Regional Admissions Manager
Stakeholders: School Leadership Team, Parent associations, Student representatives and ISP regional.
Key Responsibility 1: To demonstrate successful planning and execution across marketing and communications
• Lead the annual Marketing & Admissions planning process within the school to ensure optimum brand awareness and lead generation activities within local competitive environment.
• Support the annual target and fee setting process within the school.
• Drive quality lead generation activity for the school across digital and offline marketing channels to meet agreed targets.
• Proactively manage the content, media, event and marketing plans for the school, including analysis of efficiency & effectiveness and budget management.
• Produce digital and print publications within schools following regional brand & editorial guidelines, organizing photography/videography shoots and design/editorial content where required.
• Demonstrate continual improvement of promotional campaigns to achieve the required levels of enquiry, application, acceptance and enrolment rates in schools.
• Leverage all appropriate content, media and PR opportunities.
Key Responsibility 2: Drive the increase in the number of students in school and enrollment target
• Ensure that the targets agreed for school growth are challenging and based on evidence of what is possible in each locality.
• Ensure the school engages in active student recruitment activity to meet and exceed student recruitment targets.
• Ensure sales and marketing led activity informs annual budgets. Lead annual Marketing & Admissions planning sessions for the school.
• Attend and represent the schools at appropriate student recruitment and outreach events as required. Maintain relevant relationships (with other key personnel) to develop B2B activities.
• Manage the use of the CRM to ensure robust collection of recruitment data and high levels of customer follow up.
• Lead on establishing strong relationships with prospective and current parents and students.
• Develop strong internal relationships with staff to effectively carry out marketing and student recruitment activity.
Key Responsibility 3: Ensure admissions processes are professionally and
systemically run with accurate group reporting procedures
• Follow the ISP admissions process and ensure relevant documentation and parent contracts are delivered successfully.
• Ensure that the schools’ admissions and student recruitment processes are customer-focused and designed to make enrolment as easy as possible.
• Ensure KPI reporting is accurately carried out for regional and central usage.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Educated to Degree/Master level.
Qualification in Marketing, Business related.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ work experience in similar capacity.
Prior experience in Education industry is an advantage.
Language:
Good command of the English language and Vietnamese, written and oral.
