Job description

Work in sales department as Sales administrator and Marketing staff.

+ Marketing job
- Work closely with sales director on create prospective customer and industry.
- Conduct market research, analyze marketing data to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends on security demand
- Develop and maintain company website, track data analytics
- Manage social media (Facebook …)
- Create and find Lead generation activities of Alarm service and other security system.
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guideline. (Brochure/Presentation)
- Do press release

+ Sales administrator job
- Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents including customer database, contracts, quotations, handover notes…
- Input and update customer’s data on company’s management system
- Cooperate with other departments (Technical, Operation, Accounting …) to handle customer’s requirements
- Make monthly Sales Report
- Manage documents of Sales department
- Other tasks as Manager requests

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: Graduated from university
- Language: English or Japanese
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Sales or customer support or marketing.
- Familiar with Ward Press, Google analytics, Search Console, SEO, KW research, Facebook advertisement.
- Under 35 years old
- Team working, Good communication skill. Can think logical thinking, make a hypothesis and do, good motivation
- Hardworking. Energetic & Responsible
