Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Description:

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Networking

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with shipping lines and transport industry stakeholders.

• Liaise with government institutions and private associations to promote CLA and its benefits.

• Participate in industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.

2. Market Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify shipping lines not yet subscribed to CLA and understand the reason for not subscribing to CLA.

• Analyse industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to support strategic planning.

3. Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new shipping line subscriptions.

• Create promotional materials and communication strategies to secure support and endorsement from government and private associations.

4. Sales Support

• Present CLA’s value proposition to potential clients in meetings or through virtual calls.

• Support the negotiation and onboarding process.

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (CLA HQ, Tech support, Accounting, and customer service) to ensure alignment with the overall marketing goals and ensure smooth customer engagement).

• Collaborate with external agencies for promotional campaigns and events.

6. Reporting & Strategic Insights

• Support the tracking of marketing activities and campaign performance.

• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and market trends.

7. Other Duties

• Take on other marketing-related responsibilities as assigned to support the overall growth and success of CLA.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, logistics or a related field from a reputable local university.

• At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or logistics.

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in engaging with professionals from both the public and private sectors.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, cross functional environment.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
