Marketing Assistant

• Execute end-to-end administrative tasks, including preparing Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and meticulous tracking of deliveries.

• Support the processing, tracking, and fulfillment of product samples and free-goods requests.

• Coordinate the sourcing and production of brand merchandise; manage stock levels and oversee channel-specific allocations and logistics.

• Work closely with agencies, sales teams, key accounts, and healthcare facilities (hospitals) to deploy sampling activities. Track program KPIs and prepare clear, concise performance evaluation reports.

• Oversee the production, printing, and installation of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM).

• Coordinate the production of product sub-labels (stickers/labels) and collaborate with distributors to ensure supply meets sales volume demands.

• Manage the dedicated inventory of product samples, POSM, and gifts for the medical field team.

• Assist in the critical preparation of tender documents, including professional printing, official stamping, and the compilation of product portfolios.

• Provide logistics support for medical training sessions, including venue sourcing, material preparation, and participant management.

• > 1 year of experience in Marketing and/or Sales Admin, especially in FMCG including contract, document processing and SAP, or other similar process to facilitate purchase in big corporation.

• Exposed in marketing or sales, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.
