Marketing Assistant/ Executive (Temporary 6 Months contract)

• Plan and Organise marketing events/Activities as required

• Overseeing and develop marketing campaigns

• Keep track A&P expenses to be accordance with budget

• To assist in sourcing and advertising materials

• Contact with suppliers for quotations as required

• Take charge of all company SNS accounts and posting

• Prepare quotation, contracts or other documents according to Customers' requirement, reply customer enquiries.

• Ensure timely completion of daily/monthly reports.

• Undertake any other duty/assignment as directed by superior.

• Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline.

• Training will be provided.

• Posses good communication and organisation skills.

• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English.

• Able to travel to other provinces extensive days.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

• Working time: Monday - Friday: 8.00 am - 5.30pm

• Working experience: Fresh graduation is welcome; experience in marketing as advantages

• Location: Hochiminh City Office : 135/17/77 135/17/77 Nguyen Huu Canh Street, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
