- Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for a particular brand or product
- Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
- Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
- Develop brand standards and usage guidelines
2. Execute and Manage Marketing Strategy:
- Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of a campaign
- Execute strategies with cross-functional teams.
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
3. Manage Brand Assets:
- Supervise brand content. Manage access to brand assets
4. Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments:
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
- Work closely with departments such as manufacturing and R&D to consult on package and product as it relates to branding
- Provide product marketing and competitive analysis training to the sales force
- New product release / Renewal / Exclusive product Idea share
5. Conduct Market Research:
- Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS (VIETNAM) LTD.
6. Product Management:
- Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products. Responsible for managing a portfolio of products, as well as defining the positioning strategies for those markets/products
- Monthly promotion planning. Channel strategic planning: make plan on CDJ (customer decision journey) to optimize channel balance. CRM strategy: membership policy, activation management
7. Budget Management:
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity with agreed budget
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 4-5 years of experience in the same position
- Ability to understand market trends, financial data and customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data. Strong result-orientation and ability to execute and measure programs and campaigns
- Ability to work well on various teams and act as team leader when appropriate. Ability to put together and execute marketing plan based on marketing concepts
- High level of numerical reasoning/analytical skills
2. Personal skills and attributes:
- Strong computer skills, strong in excel and numeric. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English. Excellent presentation skill
