Marketing Associate

1. Media & Public Relations

• Manage domestic and international media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with media outlets.

• Coordinate press releases, press conferences, and media interviews to enhance NYB’s visibility and reputation.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Develop and manage the company’s presence on B2B social media platforms, including Website, LinkedIn, Email, and other relevant channels.

• Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate across departments to identify marketing priorities aligned with business goals - from strategic marketing planning through to implementation and tracking results.

• Partner with both internal and external teams to execute on impactful and result-driven marketing initiatives.

• At least 5 years of recent experience working as a marketing professional.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge on social media marketing, involving platforms such as Website, LinkedIn, Emails, etc.

• Skilled in using office and design tools such as Google Workspace (G Suite), Canva, Adobe Illustrator (AI), and others.

• Proven track record in defining marketing strategies, plans and activities with hands-on ability to deliver through seamless execution end to end.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skillsets.

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

• Possesses a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
