- Working with other Marketing teams (Design, Content, Digital…) and other departments (Business -Development, Operations, Finance, Product…) to run the campaign effectively;
- Evaluate and research for ptoducts, services or target audience before launching the campaign;
- Estimate the probability, logic, and accessibility of the proposals;
- Analyze and manage the effectiveness during and after every campaign to improve for the next time.
- At least 2 years of experience at any related position (Experienced at E-commerce, retail, logistic, on-demand company is an advantage);
- Be progressive, active and innovative;
- Be able to multitasking and work under high pressure;
- Have good communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
