Position Summary:
• MX Marcom Manager responsible for marketing planning and execution of the local marketing strategy. He/she should carry out ATL & BTL marketing activities in order to support sales of Samsung products in accordance with agreed business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing team and agencies to build a fit-for-digital ideation aligned with campaign's big idea. Manage the creative assets to deliver high quality work.
Job description:
• Lead strategic development and implementation of marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL
• Lead functional team to develop & execute holistic initiatives via IMC development & execution (channel strategy, media planning, PR planning, KOL strategy, CRM planning, OOH planning and social content development).
• Responsible local adaptation or creation (as needed) of ATL development & BTL for the initiatives based on in-depth understanding of local consumers & aligned with business unit priorities and marketing strategy.
• Leads budgeting, insighting and communication strategy in alignment with business unit and MX marketing.
• Manage effective communication with Marketing Head, Business Heads, HQ and RHQ to ensure issues are quickly resolved, and Best Practices are shared on time. Develop gap closure plans together with Product Marketing to deliver business goal
• Develop, train and coach team in strategic marketing, branding building framework as well as important soft skills (i.e. general business management, leadership and collaboration)
• Manage Agency Relationship and development of annual ‘scope of work’. Conduct bi-annual agency reviews and action plans to get the best out of agency partners.
• Produce content briefs and reports: Marketing calendar Management, analyze Weekly/ Bi- Weekly/ Monthly or require reports and quarterly review data to derive insight for development of campaigns.

• Possess a Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent with at least 8 years of relevant marketing experience and 4-5 years in a managerial role.
• Candidates should have experience in strategic marketing and managing people.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Brand Building.
• Strong Marketing Planning, decision making and Execution capability in a fast paced electronics or FMCG industry.
• Leadership, Collaborative, Creative, resourceful & strategic minded.
• Independent, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinker and high adaptability skills
• Cross-cultural competence and good communication and collaboration skills necessary
• Driven by continuous innovation
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, co-ordination, and time-management skills
• Able to travel on short notice.
