Marketing & Communication Speacialist

Job summary:

The Marketing & Communication Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated communication campaigns to enhance the brand image of Family Medical Practice Hanoi across both online and offline platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, skilled in graphic design and video editing, capable of delivering impactful content, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration to support overall marketing goals

Responsibilities:

A. Communication & Branding

• Develop and execute Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) plans to ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple channels.

• Design and produce compelling visual and written content for digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Zalo, etc.

• Maintain brand identity across all marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, backdrops, standees, internal communication content, and website materials.

• Collaborate with influencers, expat communities, and local partners to strengthen brand outreach and engagement.

• Support crisis communication handling on digital and social platforms when needed.

• Provide translation and localization of corporate or medical content from English to Vietnamese and vice versa, ensuring cultural accuracy and clarity.

B. Marketing:

• Execute marketing campaigns for services, check-up packages, vaccination programs, and corporate outreach.

• Plan and coordinate health events, community workshops, and CSR campaigns to increase local visibility.

• Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure timely production of marketing materials, videos, and event assets.

• Manage and update content across all customer touchpoints (website, fanpage, email marketing, Zalo/WhatsApp, etc.).

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and recommend improvements.

• Manage marketing budget usage and submit regular progress reports to the Head of Department.

C. Sales Support (10%)

• Support the business team with the creation of presentations, promotional kits, and service brochures tailored to B2B and expat clients.

• Assist in maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients and partners through follow-up marketing communications.

• Support lead generation and B2B collaboration initiatives with hotels, international schools, and foreign organizations in Hanoi.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Graphic Design, or relevant field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in practical experience in marketing, media, communication, or digital content production.

- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, etc.

- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.

- Strategic thinking, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or with knowledge of Vietnam’s expat community.
