Mô Tả Công Việc
- Be responsible for building the Company’s public relations and corporate branding platform
- Lead Coteccons’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Build and manage Coteccons’ online presence, including the website and social media to ensure all information are updated and reflect Coteccons’ desired corporate image.
- Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction such as media kits, corporate brochures, corporate videos, and newsletters, website, social channels...
2. Corporate Public Relations:
- Manage corporate events (including internal, external and those of Coteccons' partners), e.g. annual general meeting, staff events, commissioning of new facilities, etc.
- Media relations: standardize and strengthen media relationships; develop key media relationships to ensure desired publicity and media support for brands and other strategic initiatives
- Develop corporate branding and MarComs policy and manage relationship matrix for various stakeholders and departments within Coteccons, including media and relationships
3. Marketing Communications:
- Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform integrated communications marketing strategy and plan in line with business objectives (tender, new business, business performance…)
- Commission or conduct market research with overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from Commercial team, Tender, Project Directors, Infrastructure, new businesses, IT, Design and Build, Legal – to produce effective promotional materials for business development goals
- Coordinate with and manage external agency partners, create marketing presentations for stakeholders
- Obtain necessary consent and provide final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions
- Implement online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
- Track effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required

- Being proficient in developing, executing and measuring demand generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel
- Having strong knowledge of content development and SEM
- Having strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantageous
- Having exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Having a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Having excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Having habit of physical exercise like running, riding, dancing or yoga..… will be preferable
