Mô Tả Công Việc
• Organize and oversee advertising/ communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
• Work closely with team to write and proofread marketing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, websites materials etc.)
• Communicate with target audiences, build, and develop customer relationships
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
• Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
• Support in analyzing market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans
• Work closely with Sales, Technical and other cross-functional teams to enhance existing products and develop new products.
• Coordinate to conduct product training for Sales and Technical teams
• Monitor market trends, analysis consumer markets activities to identify opportunities
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programmer are delivered on time
• Other duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 3 years of experience as a marketing coordinator
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field
• Highly effective cross-functional team management
• Good writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Good at Vietnamese and English
