Mô Tả Công Việc
o Lead the development of the brand strategy on the market and implementation of the brand activation channel plan for each of the brands to achieve defined business objectives across each category.
o Coordinate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.
o Lead the new product development.
o Manage revenue and P/L of each brand and products.
o Ensuring alignment cross functions on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiatives.
o Effectively lead and develop a team of young, energetic Marketing professionals.
o Manage the design team, ensure the design from initial vision to excellent execution for new products, programs and corporate branding.
o Build up content for communication campaign.
o Design and develop packaging concept to consistent with brand. Including new product development and current product changes.

• Proficient track record with in- depth experience in product development from strategy, insight generation, product concept and evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills and data driven.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams/agencies
