Marketing Director responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you.
• Creating product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market by leveraging their unique selling point.
• Communicating vision and value of new products to the sales team, and assisting with developing sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
• Briefing press and PR teams about the new products and ensuring positive feedback.
• Finding insights into customers’ current usage of products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas via interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data.
• Agreeing timelines and deadlines for developing new products with product management, engineering or manufacturing departments.
• Improving the new product development process
• Overseeing and direct market research, competitor analyses and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
• Working closely with business teams and coordinating with functional departments to improve the quality of customer service and excellence customer experience & drive sales
• Allocating, managing and controlling marketing's operating budget.
• Providing strong leadership to product marketing, branding, communications, digital marketing & trade marketing
• Talent management & development, leading, coaching and developing young talents to fuel the future growth of company.

• Experience in the FMCG, experience in cosmetics industry is a plus
• A least 8 years for people management experience
• Strong strategic & planning skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication, coordination & integration skills.
• Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Outstanding Collaboration and Coaching skills.
