• Manage and take responsibility for the marketing team in developing systems and processes that improve output but also cross-functional collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop and execute plans and initiatives in line with Brand Owner strategy
• Work directly with the Brand Owners to deliver yearly business plans, monthly reporting, strategy and financial and volume outcomes as planned.
• Source and manage marketing and PR agencies or hire talent where appropriate.
• Find and engage cost efficiencies to maximize use of resources when activating the brands.
• Collaborates with Consumer Insights, Sales, and Finance to ensure a seamless brand and brand owner experience.
• Drive Day-to-Day Operations of the marketing function working closely with the GM/BOD bringing a commercial view to ensure both Alchemy and Partner success
• Lead, development and coach a youthful and vibrant team to ensure career development, so as to build talent within the business
• Plan and analyze events, launches, and other marketing activity and ensure due process for reporting on performance
• With your team develop look and feel of brands in both the on and off premise environments and execute the implementation of merchandising (through production agencies)
• Develops relationships with marketing and communication agencies and media to assist in developing opportunities within a wider network
• Analyzes consumer trends and information, and categories to help identify product categories to enter as future sources of growth.
• Analyzes consumer, category, competition, and channel/customer as part of a situation assessment.
• Develops forecast planning, pricing & pack strategies, improved margin mix, trade spending plans and distribution goals in order to develop actionable KPI’s.
• Conducts analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer, and consumer trends to enhance the brand’s equity and marketplace performance.
• Analyzes and provides consumer, category, and brand information to support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations.
• Works with international brand principals to assist in executing brand strategy and undertaking reviews.

• Have at least 3-4 years of the same role in Alcohol/ Beverage/ Tobacco industry
• A self-starter with excellent leadership and planning capabilities, is well organized and who has built teams previously
• Is adaptable / flexible / collaborative in working style
• Has experiences in both brand/consumer and trade marketing
• Significant stakeholder and project management experience for the need to work with Brand Principal/ Brand Owner
• Thorough knowledge of Marketing tools but also a natural creative thinker
• Is highly analytical and strategic – can forecast, garner insights from data, build data reports
• Proficient in English
• Willing to travel for business, night visits
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
