Job Summary

Core5 Vietnam, owned by Indochina Kajima Development Vietnam - the budding one billion US Dollar joint venture between two highly experienced and renowned real estate developers - focuses on developing ready-built and build-to-suit factories and warehouses for lease across Vietnam. For the first operating industrial projects, ICCK is seeking to fill the position of Marketing & Event Executive. The Marketing & Event Executive is involved with developing and executing marketing and event campaigns to promote the company's industrial real estate developments as set out by management. This includes developing and managing marketing materials, creating and implementing social media campaigns, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to produce collaterals. This is a full-time position and may require some travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.

• Develop and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, website content, clips, and social media posts.

• Create and implement social media campaigns to promote the company's brand and developments.

• Attending industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and partners.

• Plan and organize events, such as property tours, industry conferences, and networking events, to showcase industrial properties and engage with clients.

• From time to time conduct market research and develop competitive analyses to stay current on industry trends.

• Design and develop Customer Experience and Satisfaction programs.

• Participate and activate Business Memberships with Business Chambers such as AmCham, Eurocham, AusCham, KoCham, etc.

• Directly host small to medium-sized Events such as Broker events, Groundbreaking, Opening Ceremony, Handover Ceremonies, etc.

• Support budget control of the company's marketing budget and track and report on the results of marketing campaigns and events.

• Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.

• Strong writing and editing skills.

• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with SEO and SEM.
