We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Marketing Executive at True North International School (TNIS), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and reaching out to prospective students and parents. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, CRM utilization, and other administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of digital and SEO activities, working closely with team members to produce digital content, and optimizing digital campaigns to acquire leads.

- Up-to-date with current trends and able to create viral content.

- Develop engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website.

- Manage and maintain social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

- Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, understand the report, and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Develop and write high-quality PR articles to secure positive media coverage.

- Craft compelling video scripts for various content formats (e.g., explainer videos, testimonial videos).

- Collaborate with media producers to create engaging video content.

- Oversee content seeding across various social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

- Assist in administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and initiatives.

- Corporate with Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns.

- Play a supportive role in all marketing and TNIS events as needed.

- Undertake additional projects as directed by the Head of Marketing to contribute to departmental objectives and overall school goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 3+ years in marketing, preferably in the education sector.

- Proficiency in content creation, strong understanding of digital activities, and social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

- Experience with CRM software and lead management processes.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Vietnamese.

- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and multitask effectively.
