Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Process Automation Department's marketing activities and managing the SIC showroom, which is a high-tech showroom on electronics manufacturing technology. The candidate should have a marketing background (fresh graduates are also welcome) and will be trained in products, machines, and software to run demonstrations, escort guests, and explain company offerings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns for Process Automation products and solutions.

• Create marketing content (brochures, social media posts, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with the team.

• Coordinate events, product launches, seminars, and other promotional activities.

• Support the sales team with marketing tools and market data.

B) Showroom

• Manage the showroom, ensuring machines are properly set up and operational.

• Conduct live demonstrations of machinery and systems.

• Escort and guide visitors through the showroom experience.

• Explain technical features and company background to guests.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure showroom readiness.

• Support events, customer visits, and product showcases.

• Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly report to manager.

• Degree or diploma in marketing or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset and professional appearance.

• Passion for learning new technologies and industrial solutions. Willingness to be trained on machines, software, and technical knowledge.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

• Basic design or content creation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).

• Be ready to travel occasionally.
