- Set action plan with challenging and achievable sales target based on strategy created by DM
- Propose sales and profit target with proper KPI & KGI for all product to SM/DM in assigned segment
- Monitor the progress of marketing action and sales result
- Review the result and set tactics to solve the issue with the aim of reaching the target
- Reinforce the relationship with customer to acquire valuable information and to hold collaboration event
- Have a close communication between members inc. other Dept’s member to understand their demand
2. Market visualization & analysis
- Update market information in assigned segment to report the result for DM/SM
- On-site action with sales and FSE to understand customer demands, needs and seeds, and to support & train distributors
- Analyze market data with advice from SM in assigned segment to find out bottleneck and to set hypothesis to make marketing plan effectively
3. New Product Launch
- Communicate with PIC of assigned segment in HQ and OCAP to obtain the product information and to understand their marketing plan
- Create and propose product launch plan inc. price strategy to DM and make a presentation for sales managers
- Propose investment plan including Demo assets to DM/SM.
4. Outside Communication
- Submit monthly and quarterly report to DM inc. sales forecast with VOC
- Hold business meeting with collaborating company like Sony and Saraya to exchange the market situation.
- Daily communication with colleagues and other SBCs to obtain valuable information.
- Attend periodical regional meeting and report business environment and business progress to share our business situation and customer voice to OCAP.
5. Event Planning/ Market development
- Plan and implement to organize effective promotional event with event planning section based on action plan
- Develop our customer access and experience via online to penetrate product awareness as well as coverage
- Prepare for the materials to promote our product effectively supported by event planning section
- Observe each event budget without any exceed and maximize ROI
- Support MA activity
6. Sales / Service / RA /SCM support
- Collaboration with each PIC for smooth and productive action
- Make purchase plan in every FC
- Share product information with corresponding PIC concerning new product, FSCA etc
7. Others
- Other tasked assigned by Department Manager/GM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- In depth knowledge of marketing
- In depth knowledge of medical device market (preferrable ESD or/and TSD)
- 3 years or more in Medical Device Marketing
- PDCA skill - Teamwork skill - Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and logical thinking abilities
- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC650)
- Computer’s skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Integrity, Empathy, Long-term View, Agility, Unity
Ho Chi Minh Office but frequent business trips to Hanoi or other provinces are required (more than 2 times a month)
