Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive, who will be part of a multi-national, multi-office team of young and dedicated legal, tax and accounting professionals. Our office lingua franca is English and so is all external communication.

Our company’s position in the market is essentially determined by our expertise and our self-presentation. Presenting Luther and INC Vietnam in the market and vis-à-vis clients will be your responsibility and will include inter alia the following:

- Social media account management,

- Regular social media posts in ENG/VN on LinkedIn and other platforms,

- Regular newsletters on legal, tax, accounting and other regulatory matters in Vietnam in English,

- Correspondence with the German marketing team to keep our website updated (in English),

- Drafting pitch decks and other corporate marketing materials pursuant to the corporate identity policies (in English), also for our other ASEAN offices e.g. in Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and others,

- Drafting presentations supporting talks and speeches by our lawyers.

- Other tasks as assigned by the management.

- University degree in marketing and/or law (additional qualifications will be considered a plus);

- Fluent in English (speaking and writing). Additional language skills are a plus.

- Ability to create contents that are related to our practice as a legal, tax and accounting firm in Vietnam (drafting flawless texts in English and Vietnamese),

- Expertise in MS Office and Aderant Suite, using Artificial Intelligence, and other standard tools,

- High sense of aesthetics and a creative mindset with keen attention to detail,

- Ability to work proactively, structured, compliant and precise,

- Established support mentality – we need you to enable us to bring the best performance of our team for the benefit of our clients,

- Good communication skills, self-reliance in executing work assignments, and sensitivity for marketing strategy,

- Good self-administration and high work esteem/motivation. You will have the opportunity to create your own marketing department under our management,

- Ability to produce high-quality work products under time pressure,

- Experience in building a successful marketing concept/brand management is much appreciated,

- Experience in the industry of international law and accounting firms would be an advantage,

- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to appropriately represent the company in outside communication;
