Position Objective and Overview
The Marketing Executive plays a critical supporting role in executing campaigns that contribute to qualified lead generation and brand engagement at ISHCMC. This role is task-focused and results-aware, requiring a quick thinker and proactive executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with precision and speed.
Responsibilities
LEAD GENERATION & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
• Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social, events) aimed at generating high-quality, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
• Coordinate closely with Admissions and the Marketing team to help improve lead-to-tour and tour-to-application conversion rates.
• Work with external vendors and agencies (digital, SEO, creative) to ensure deliverables are on time, on-brand, and support key performance metrics such as CPL and engagement.
• Assist with tracking and reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement in consultation with senior team members.
• Contribute to CRM tagging, reporting, and email campaigns to support segmentation and re-engagement of prospective families.
CONTENT PRODUCTION & DEPLOYMENT
• Assist the Content team in developing campaign materials that align with ISHCMC’s brand and support campaign objectives.
• Capture and share content from events and classroom experiences that reflect the school’s value proposition.
• Ensure all content is on-brand and fit for purpose across channels.
• Schedule and publish approved content through marketing platforms and CMS tools to ensure consistent brand presence and campaign relevance.
EVENT MARKETING & ON-SITE SUPPORT
• Support the delivery of school events (open days, fairs, webinars) that contribute to community engagement and lead generation.
• Assist with event logistics and production of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
• Support post-event follow-up processes, including communications and data entry or tracking.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TEAM SUPPORT
• Maintain updated project trackers and timelines to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of campaigns.
• Manage shared assets and marketing inventories to ensure materials are current and easy to access.
• Handle administrative tasks including vendor coordination, purchase requests, and internal documentation.
• Provide support on special projects and flexible help to team members as required, with a focus on contributing to team-wide objectives.
