Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Executive to support content

production for our marketing campaigns focused on immigration and relocation services.

The position reports directly to the Assistant Sales Director and Sales Director.

Work Allocation:

• 40% Graphic Design

• 40% Video Production

• 20% Other Marketing Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design (40%)

• Design marketing materials (both online and offline): banners, posters, brochures,

infographics, social media posts.

• Execute visual concepts based on internal briefs and maintain branding

consistency.

• Maintain and update brand visual assets and templates.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) for

professional design output.

2. Video Production (40%)

• Receive content briefs and execute filming/editing for expert interviews, client

testimonials, explainer videos, etc.

• Ensure video quality aligns with brand and immigration industry standards.

• Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related tools.

3. Other Marketing Tasks (20%)

• Support online & offline event organization and execution (webinars, immigration seminars, expos, charity...).

• Coordinate with external vendors (design agencies, print partners, videographers).

• Provide regular performance reports.

• Other supporting tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and/or video production.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong design and editing skills for both digital and print materials.

• Good understanding of branding and visual consistency.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.

• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written) preferred.

• Willing to support marketing events and other tasks as needed.

- From Mon to Fri: 9:00 - 18:00

- Sat: 9:00 - 13:00
