Marketing Executive

Purpose of Role:

Assist Senior Brand Manager in implementing effective marketing activities and new

products development for assigned brands

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:

1. To assist Senior Brand Manager in executing Marketing activities for assigned Company’s brands,

including new products development and launching, brand communication, consumer and trade

promotions and other activities in accordance with Company’s and Brands’ strategies and guidelines.

2. To assist Senior Brand Manager in reviewing performance of assigned product ranges for monthly

commercial forums to support brand planning and execution with necessary changes if required.

3. To collaborate with relevant local departments and Group Marketing to ensure deliverables of the

assigned new products development and other brand campaigns on time in full.

4. To monitor and control marketing spending within assigned budget and ensure required administrative

documentation following Company’s procedure.

• University graduate, major in Marketing/ Economics

• At least 1-year experience in marketing in FMCG company – eagerness to develop him/herself long term in brand management

• Good communication (both verbal & written in Vietnamese & English)

• High learning agility and adaptability to changes

• Excellent use of Microsoft office. Experience of using NielsenIQ Discover is a plus.
