Marketing Executive (Contractor 7 Months)

*Key Activities:

I. Execution: 40%

1. Work with sales and supplier to report Survey: Receive email information about TotalEnergies (TE) sign installation locations and projects. Import information into the file/data system. Request the contractor to contact ASM to survey, prepare drawings and quote.

2. Design approval: Standard guidance, sign design approval to ensure compliance with brand principles and TE requirements for contractors.

3. Build and deploy Marketing's activation/campaign at the field.

II. Administrative tasks: 60%

1. Update data: Ensure information related to signs is fully and accurately updated on the company's data management system.

2. Weekly and monthly reports: prepare weekly and monthly reports on work progress, design approval status and issues related to signs and safety.

3. Perform tasks related to documents, administration, and paperwork: Draft or check contract content for the Marketing department and transaction documents related to the Marketing department, raise PR/ PO, payment contract, ...

Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications… or relevant majors.

- Has 1 – 3 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing.

- Good at English (both 4 skills).

- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work with data.

- Good stakeholder management, project management and communication.
