Marketing Executive (Expat & Foreigner Engagement)

• Produce marketing content (video, blog, design...) across multiple platforms (English, Vietnamese) including Website ’s blog, Facebook post, YouTube, TikTok, Website ‘s partner.

• Engage in customer/patient feedback communication, conduct testimonials, and gather reviews on Google, Facebook, and other social media platforms.


• Support marketing efforts in the production of POSM materials and offline materials for the clinic.


• Coordinate events and offline activities outside the clinic.


• Carefully manage inquiries generated from various marketing channels.


• Execute tasks as assigned by the Department Head.


• Have a passion for working in a healthcare environment and providing health care services.


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business English, or Multimedia Communication. Candidates from international universities are preferred.


• Knowledge of integrated multichannel marketing platforms.


• Strong independent and effective teamwork skills.


• English proficiency of 6.5 IELTS or higher.


• Enjoy communicating with customers and business development.


• Minimum of 1 year of equivalent position experience.
