Mô Tả Công Việc
o Base on division objective to identify the priority for each campaign at Forecast level. Propose event options for each coming year to match with the year’s objective
o Coordinate with Product team to drive the team on each Forecast wave
o Set Marketing calendar for Vietnam with clear launching day for each campaign, each point of sales
o Coordinate closely with other supportive functions in order to prepare for each new launch (Product license, Delivery, Training, Communication, CRM, VM, Retail). Follow each new campaign thru out the first launch month. Actively update the launch result to the team weekly / monthly and actively seek for support / solution with slow moving campaigns
o Arrange for team to try on new products before each launch in order to have timely actions in ordering / tea, engagement prior each launch
o Set clear target for point of sales by each new campaign. Drive for campaign success at Retail level through Category-in-charge team and Retail management team
MANAGE PRODUCT ASSORTMENT
o Base on Marketing analysis / Product analysis / Sales analysis in order to manage overall Product assortment for Vietnam
o Actively seek for solution with slow moving franchise
o Ensure the overall assortment for Vietnam at standard level. Maintain the minimum level of One Shot / APAP END SKU
RECRUITING POTENTIAL CLIENTS
o Seek for options to increase the Recruiting rate following Recruiting target each year
o Organize In-store activities to drive for more traffic, including the attraction to potential clients
MANAGE PERFORMANCE & GROWTH FOR NO1 DE CHANEL FRACHISE
o Tracking performance of each Cabin to maximize the service and potential that Cabin can bring to business, including explore all opportunities to recruit more Skin care clients / bringing more Fashion clients to Fragrance & Beauty
o Coordinate with store/L&D to ensure the performance & growth of full range No1 de CHANEL
EVENT / ACTIVITIES EXECUTION
o Coordinate with cross functions prior each event. Play a key role on all event planning & execution targeting the launch of key campaigns
o Follow closely with Sales team in order to understand the current challenge at each store. Actively discuss with Retail Manager / Counter Manager in order to find support solutions
o Explore all options of Direct communications to support for each new event / launching. Increase the opportunity of recruiting and strengthen the awareness of our event / launching
o Responsible to drive toward Event’s KPI
PLANNING & BUDGET FOLLOW UP
o Tracking all Promotion Expenses for Fragrance & Beauty division
o Quarterly recap & review all expenses. Challenge other team member in order to ensure our investment are in the right track, and align with the division objectives.
o Alert to direct Manager if there’s any over spent / under spent on each review period
o Support to consolidate the team’s number during budget planning cycle
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
o Communicate continuously across divisions (Finance/ IT / Distribution, HR, Communications and Fashion) to achieve objectives
o Communicate continuously with Chanel Asia Pacific (Regional team) on all relevant issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in Marketing with retail organization. Retail management experience, definitely a plus. Ideally, successful experience in the cosmetics industry.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration
• Mature and responsible. Demonstrates open mindedness, ability to listen, high sense of curiosity to understand trends and needs, with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and coordinate activities within own functional unit, with other units within the organization as well as other organizations (suppliers / trade partners / contractors…)
Management / Leadership, ability to inspire, involve and mentor subordinate and working group. Ability to create new ideas, work cooperatively, create consensus, coordinate with internal and overseas functions
• Highly analytical while paying great attention to detail and accuracy Good business sense, ability to recommend improvements to increase business and enhance brand image
• Communication: strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentations. Both Vietnamese and English
• Numerical skills: ease with numbers making control and analysis of numerical data effective
