Marketing Executive (Household Functional Goods)

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team, specializing in branding for household functional goods with antimicrobial features. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing a new brand, crafting effective marketing strategies, launching and managing products both domestically and globally, conducting market research, and contributing to product development. Responsibilities: - Develop a compelling brand identity and positioning for household functional goods with antimicrobial properties. - Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and drive product sales. - Oversee the launch and operations of new products in both domestic and international markets. - Perform basic administrative tasks related to the establishment and maintenance of the new brand. - Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and competitive landscapes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and design to ensure alignment with brand objectives. - Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners. - Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in branding and marketing.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding and product management. - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands or products in the consumer goods industry, preferably in household functional goods. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive decision-making. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams. - Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools is preferred. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Saturday: Morning Shift (Two Saturdays off per month) Benefits: - Salary: 13 -15 milion - Annual leave and Social insurance as per regulations - Other benefits: Performance-based salary increase, annual bonuses according to company policies Work Location: H26-Park River Side Apartment, 101 Bung Ong Thoan Street, Phu Huu Ward, District 9, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
