Job Description

Reporting to: General Director

1- Overall purpose
• Well manage Musical Instrument products and cooperate with dealers for product training, promotion, collaboration, engagement, inventory and execution
• Create and execute the implementation of annual visual merchandising plan to enhance product’s presence in the market and support sales target achievement, in line with company guidelines and strategies.

2- Key responsibilities and duties (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
- Retail visual merchandise strategies’ execution
Well customer data analysis by conducting marketing research/ dealers shared information to understand target customers insights, and market situation
Propose and execute standout product displays plan and effective visual merchandise strategies to attract shoppers and generate sales
Ensure effective and interesting designs and materials, POSM, content movies & promotion complied with Brand and company guidelines and strategies
Timely monitor, profit/ lost report and keep improving quality of merchandise activities
- Keep enhance the product knowledge for effective and prompt internal and external product knowledge training
- Support marketing team for executing marketing media activities/campaigns/ events
- Implement periodic reports in accordance with the company’s regulations
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements

3- Required working experience
- At least 3 years working experience in shop merchandising, marketing research, can play/ have knowledge of musical instrument is a plus
4- Required qualifications
- At least college degree in Marketing or Business Administration
5- Required languages
- English proficiency
6- Required knowledge and skills
- Able to work independently or in a team, and proactive
- Growth mindset
- Good in negotiation and communication
- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
