Marketing Executive (Promotion & Gifts)

1. Promotion

- Be responsible for promotional plans control & execution (monthly/quarterly and seasonal promotion) of Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi: organize, monitor and report promotion results

- Work with the authority to ensure licensing for all promotion activities

- Cooperate with related departments to develop promotions and analyze campaign effectiveness

2. Gifts

- Work with supplier to prepare gift: ideas, designs, quotation, production/delivery time

- Manage and control the whole process of gift redeemption; Ensure gift stocks for the smooth performance of the promotions

- Manage on-site promotion presence and communications

- Managing relationships with gifts vendors

- Report promotion results after events and periodly

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

- At least 2 years of experience in relevant position; Experience in Shopping Mall/Retail is an advantage

- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

- Creativity and an eye for detail; Diplomacy, tact, and a customer-focused approach

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple taks simultaneously
