I. POSITION OVERVIEW:
Be responsible for full spectrum of marketing activities according to company’s plan & objectives.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Plan & manage, conduct all activities related to events, exhibitions & others
- Make action plan of events, exhibition & others with specific goals
- Prepare & follow up checklist & update info/schedule to management level
- Coordinate with other teams in the company, with agency and outsource units for setting up events.
- Reports
B. Conduct & follow up PR & digital marketing activities
- Plan PR & digital marketing activities plan
- Manage the website Niterra VN, Youtube Niterra VN & Fanpage facebook Niterra VN
- Write new articles & summarize, edit PR activities related to Niterra VN onto above sites
- Update information related to Niterra activities on Niterra sites
- Monthly reports
C. Visit market, survey market & analyses market activities
- Prepare market visit & market insight research plan
- Visit market & make market survey
- Make analyses of market & propose trade marketing activities according to change of the markets
- Make summary of market visit & follow up marketing activity
- Reports
D. Representative for management to join internal/external meetings internal/external
E. Join Media & communication activities (if any) by assignment of management level
F. Others assignment by management based on specific situation
Yêu cầu công việc
Education:
University graduated: Marketing, Foreign Trade, Science-Social-Human, Media, Press, Economics, Business management.
1. Background:
- Working experiences in Japanese Company is preferable
- Having at least 1-2 years’ experience and having “events & PR knowledge” is priority
2. Specific Skills/Knowledge:
- Communication skills, diplomatic relations skills
- Careful, Active, creative, independently working ability, teamwork, high pressure working conditions
- Honest, faithful, positive attitude
- Positive attitude & can-do thinking
- Organize skill, Copy-writer skills, report skills
3. Certification Requirements: not specific requirement
4. Working conditions:
Good health (frequently travelling for business trip)
*Note: Temporary 6 months contract
