Mô tả công việc
• Develop Marketing and PR plans and strategies that align with the company‘s business objectives;
• Manage, execute and optimize integrated marketing campaigns in online channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok,...) and offline channels (events, partnerships, etc.) to promote and attract students effectively;
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, competitor monitoring, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies;
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to implement the effectiveness of advertising activities;
• Partner with SEO, web team, and advertising agencies to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics;
• Measure and report regularly to capture performance marketing efforts, make recommendations and improvements to ensure KPI/OKR is on track;
• Manage marketing budget and cost/expenditure to ensure efficient usage of resources;
• Responsible for all the team members’ performance. Create a dynamic, positive, and effective working environment;
• Other tasks as assigned.

* QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing/ Business or related field. Experience in the educational and international environment is a plus;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions;
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Outstanding organizational, planning, project management, and decision-making skills;
• Superior metrics-driven marketing mind;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools;
• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Preferred skills
• Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
• Proficiency with content and social media strategy;
• Experience in education or service.
