Marketing Leader

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the aesthetic / plastic surgery clinic

Lead and manage the marketing team (content, social media, performance, design)

Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, website, paid ads, SEO, influencers, KOLs)

Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging aligned with clinic values and medical ethics

Collaborate closely with doctors and consultants to create accurate, educational, and compliant marketing content

Build and optimize consultation-focused marketing funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign performance

Analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance data; prepare regular reports and insights

Support customer retention strategies, CRM, and remarketing campaigns

Coordinate with external agencies, partners, media, and influencers when needed

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and advertising policies in aesthetic services

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in aesthetic clinics, cosmetic surgery, healthcare, beauty, or spa industry

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team-leading role is preferred

Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and plastic surgery services is an advantage

Korean language proficiency is a plus

Good communication and presentation skills in English

Solid experience in digital marketing channels (social media, paid ads, SEO, CRM)

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

Data-driven mindset with good analytical ability

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced clinic environment
