Position summary

The Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing Communication strategy to enhance the brands identities through multiple ways such as social media, promotions, trainings and events.

Key responsibilities and duties

Marketing Leader:
• Create attractive, realistic marketing plans specific for each brand
• Regularly evaluate and adjust the marketing plans
• Budget management
• Participate in the recruitment of marketing team members
• Supervise and control the effectiveness of the marketing team members
• Plan, execute and supervise various marketing activities to meet the brands objectives
• Evaluate the current market trends and maintain the positioning of the brands in the market
• Evaluate the potential of new products and brands through market surveys
• Organize and manage events such as products launches, customers meetings, training sessions, end-users meetings
• Identify and develop relationships with appropriate KOLs to obtain their endorsement and advocacy in the skincare community
• Develop online and offline marketing messages, content to enhance our brands awareness
• Seek and develop opportunities in the digital sector to optimize ways to reach customers
• Regularly collaborate with the Commercial Manager to ensure the targets and objectives of both teams are aligned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education:
Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communication or related fields

Experience:
At least 3 years in Marketing, Communication or related fields

Specific skills and/or competencies:
• Marketing expertise
• Strategic thinking
• Passion and knowledge about cosmetics (specially skincare) products and industry
• Team management
• Analytical skills
• Multi-tasking and flexible
• Proactive and solutions finder
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Speaking French is a plus

Probation period: 2 months
Monthly salary: negotiable
Working hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). You might need to work on week-ends for special occasions (events, conferences, etc.)
Health insurance: after the probation period is completed
