a. Public Image & Reputation
• Lead external relation activities with public media, partner and governmental offices; especially build & maintain close relationship with news, press & media agency
• Alert BOD & deploy appropriate action on potential communication crisis or scandal that can damage FiinGroup public image & reputation
• Keep BOD updated on market trends, competitor communication & marketing campaigns to propose public relations initiatives to catch up with the wind and maintain the top position of FiinGroup as a thought leader in the industry
b. Brand Awareness & Coverage
• Promote FiinGroup brand awareness on both traditional and social channel as a thought leader and most trusted credit rating agency in Viet Nam
• Ensure high-frequency appearance of FiinGroup brand on news / discussion / workshop / seminar / conference in financial industry, especially focused on Bond market & Credit rating industry
c. Events & Brand Identity
• Cooperate with Lead analysts and Sales to organize FiinGroup events (workshop, seminars, conferences) that attract & engage FiinGroup’s partners and customers such as Rating announcements, market education, research publication…
• Support BOD in content preparation for public speaks with press media, government's conference, partner's workshop or panel discussion…
• Build up and maintain a professional brand identity of FiinGroup such as corporate website, logo, template, packaging…
• Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing, employer branding or operational activities across the company.
d. Marketing
• Contribute to the business development by developing and implementing marketing strategies and integrated marketing campaigns for each product/ platform
• Analyse the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
• Manage Online marketing activities includes but not limited to communication, PR, social (Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, etc.)
• Conduct inbound marketing to develop customer database and optimize leads generations
• Run A/B tests for marketing campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with other Business Units to develop marketing collaterals and delivered marketing campaigns to targeted audiences
e. Market research & report
• Do reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates…
• Conduct research as assigned on audience trends, emerging market trends…
• Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
f. Team Management
• Motivate, engage, and manage Marketing team (Designer, Content & Digital Marketing) to deliver best result and high efficiency
• Prepare an annual budget, schedule spending, analyze discrepancies, and take corrective action to meet financial objectives.
• Undertake any other assignments as delegated by BOD
